- The services commencement date will be agreed upon by the clients and Coredgtl and will be applicable only.
- Either party will not be allowed to cancel or transfer the services to any other organization without giving any prior notice.
- Coredgtl has the right to subcontract a third-party service for the completion of some service tasks.
